1. Is this a monthly subscription? No. We hate hidden fees as much as you do. When you purchase any program from Muscle Coach, it is a one-time payment. You get lifetime access to the files and any future updates we might release for that specific version. No recurring charges, ever.

2. How and when will I receive my program? Delivery is instant. Immediately after your payment is processed, you will receive an email containing a secure download link for your PDF files and video library access. You can start training within 5 minutes of purchase. (Tip: Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email immediately.)

3. What currency are the prices in? All prices listed on the store are in USD (United States Dollars). If you are purchasing from outside the US, your bank will automatically convert the amount to your local currency at the current exchange rate.

Training & Suitability

4. Do I need a gym membership? It depends on the program you choose.

  • Gym Plans: Require standard gym equipment (barbells, dumbbells, cables, machines).

  • Home Plans: We offer specific "Home Workout" guides designed for minimal equipment (dumbbells/resistance bands) or bodyweight only. Please check the product description to see the equipment requirements.

5. I’m a beginner. Can I do these workouts? Absolutely. We prioritize form over ego. Every program comes with a detailed video library demonstrating the correct technique for every exercise. Whether you have been lifting for 10 years or 10 days, the program is scalable to your strength level.

6. Can I open the files on my phone? Yes! Our programs are designed as mobile-optimized PDFs. You can save them to Apple Books (iPhone), Google Drive, or your file manager on Android. This way, you can easily track your workout in the gym directly from your phone.

7. What if I have a question about an exercise? We don’t just leave you hanging. If you are unsure about a movement or how to modify an exercise due to an injury, you can email our support team at Fitor.gym@gmail.com . We are here to help you succeed.

8. What is your refund policy? We offer a 30-Day Action-Based Money-Back Guarantee. If you follow the program, track your workouts, and don't see results, we will refund you.
