Refund Policy

At Muscle Coach, we stand behind the quality of our training programs. We are confident that if you follow the plans, you will see results. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, they are irrevocable once sent.

Unlike physical goods, you cannot "return" a PDF file or a video link once you have accessed it. For this reason, all sales are considered final and non-refundable, with the specific exceptions outlined below.

1. The "Action-Based" Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to succeed. If you have purchased a program and feel that it did not deliver on its promise, we offer a 30-Day Action-Based Refund.

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must prove that you actually tested the program. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or lack of use.

To request a refund, you must submit the following within 30 days of purchase:

  1. Workout Logs: Evidence that you followed the training program for at least 2 weeks (e.g., filled-out tracking sheets).

  2. Reason: A brief explanation of why the program did not meet your expectations.

If you can demonstrate that you put in the work and didn't get value, we will happily refund your full purchase price. We do this to protect our intellectual property from theft while ensuring that serious customers are 100% satisfied.

2. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally purchased the same program twice or were double-charged due to a technical error, please contact support immediately. We will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction within 48 hours.

3. Technical Issues

If you are unable to download or access the files due to a technical error on our end, please contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue or provide you with an alternative download link. If we cannot resolve the issue within 3 business days, a full refund will be issued.

4. Chargebacks

We take fraud seriously. If a customer initiates a chargeback (dispute) with their bank or credit card company for a valid purchase without contacting our support team first, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence of download and access logs. Additionally, the user will be permanently banned from purchasing any future Muscle Coach products.
